How It Got Started

Being a reluctant witness

This website details the reality of being a reluctant witness for the prosecution in Scotland, in a case based on a domestic incident - namely being forced to give evidence against one's will and to one's detriment, while being called a victim.

As common as this reality is, few are aware of its inner workings until they find themselves in this situation. If you are here, it's probably because you or people you know are in this predicament.
